Tampa Bay survives a tough battle against Carolina 19 - 10. Bucs were not only fighting the Panthers but themselves as Tampa Bay was flagged 10 times to 1 time for Carolina. Carolina was hurt by a 78 yd TD pass from Carr to Evans which tied the game at 7 in the first quarter. The rest of the day was a typical NFC Central defensive slug fest dominated by kickers.
