It was a slow start in Dallas against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Dallas took the first score to the house to make is 7-0 with a 40 yard pass from Prescott to tightend Cook but Darnold tied it up with an 8 yard pass to Engram. The next few drives only saw each team score a fieldgoal to tie things up at 10-10 at the half.
Darnold did his best to shy away from CB Diggs, throwing often to HB Gaskin, who led the team in catches with 7. Coach Calvin was heard talking to the press after the game stating, "We have to have a better running game to win games."
I'm sure that might be true, but this game may be unique for them since Diggs was such a force on the field that they shied away from throwing toward him.
Final Score: Dallas 30-13
