Will 4 AFC East Teams make playoffs? |
Odds look very good though there is a lot of football to be played. Miami is winless and lost to Green Bay. Buffalo (5-2) shutout the 49ers. In week 2, Bills beat Dolphins by 19. I'm expecting another similar result. Buffalo 24, Miami 3. |

Battle for the AFC Central |
Bengals (5-2) went on the road and defeated the Titans last week. They hold a 2 game lead in the AFC Central. Pittsburgh (3-4) demolished Seattle. A Steelers win will tighten up the Divisional race. Just don't see Pittsburgh being able to score enough on the Bengals. Cincinnati 27, Pittsburgh 13. |

Two teams looking to make a move |
Battle of two teams with 3 wins sitting 2 games behind their divisional leader. Giants had a convincing win over the Cowboys last week. Titans lost to the Bengals by 10. This should be an entertaining game. Dalton playing very well for Tennessee. I prefer the Giants defense. New York 21, Tennessee 17. |

Panthers looking to rebound |
Carolina (4-3) lost a high scoring affair againt Indianapolis giving up 47 points. Winless Cowboys only allowed the Giants 44 . Dallas has allowed the most points in the PAFL. I'm expecting a high scoring contest. Dallas 31, Carolina 42. |

Once and awhile predictions are accurate |
As predicted, the Chargers (5-2) came up short against the Rams. As predicted, the Buccaneers (1-6) gave the Commanders a battle. Chargers and Joe Burrow have a lot of offense for Tampa Bay to contend with. Bucs could give the Chargers a run for their money. But seeing that the Chargers are on a 2 game losing streak, it's now or never to right the ship. Los Angeles 28, Tampa Bay 27. |

|
|
And sometimes predictions are off |
Falcons (2-5) defense limited Chubb to 17 yards last week. Not only that, Atlanta is riding a 2 game winning streak. Commanders (5-2) find themselves in first place perhaps for the first time ever this far into a season. Washington overcame many obstacles to defeat Tampa Bay. Best news is that Andy still has a functioning laptop which was close to not being the case during the Buccaneer game. I predict Andy's laptop will last another week, though there may be some stressful moments. Washington 20, Atlanta 17. |

|
Super Bowl preview? Game of the week. |
Battle of 2 undefeated teams. Jacksonville had to come from behind to defeat Minnesota. Green Bay had a much easier task defeating Miami. Jaguars hold the 2nd best power ranking followed by Packers. Green Bay has 2nd best scoring defense followed by Jacksonville. Nobody expected Green Bay to be undefeated at this point of the season. Jacksonville 24, Green Bay 20. |

Don can't coach both teams |
Indy (3-4) put 47 points on the board last week with Don sub coaching them. New Orleans were a healthy kicker away from defeating the Browns. Surprising second place Saints (6-1) showing a fair number of injuries. Colts will be facing an uphill battle to make the playoffs if they falter this week. Saints living large so far. Hardest game to predict this week. Indianapolis 17, New Orleans 13. |

|
A tale of opposites |
Redbirds (5-2) flying high with a 3 game winning streak since acquiring Carr. 49ers (1-6) not finding any gold this year. San Francisco on a 2 game losing steak and appear to be out of any post season action. 49ers have only scored 9 points total in their last 2 games. Even if Carr cools off, I don't think this game will be close. Arizona 31, SF 9. |

|
"Just Win Baby" |
Da undefeated Raiders continue on their conquest of the AFC as they've only been involved in a single game that was within 1 possession. Las Vegas has the #1 scoring offense in the league with a 5+ point lead over the #2 offense. Seahawks (2-5) were not "Purdy" on offense last week against the Steelers. The task is even harder this week. Better days are ahead for the Seahawks. Just not this week. Oakland 38, Seattle 7.

A losing streak will end unless this game is tied |
Vikings (2-5) had the ball and the lead in the 4th quarter against the Jaguars but came up short. They are currently 3 games out of the playoffs (which if memory serves me right, Minnesota missed the playoffs for the first time ever last year). Minnesota has lost 5 straight. After an opening win against San Francisco, the Lions (1-6) are on a 6 game losing streak. Even with Fields playing very well the last 2 games, Detroit can't seem to close the deal. I expect Eric to have the Vikings prepared for battle. Minnesota 28, Detroit 13. |

How is this possible? |
The Broncos are 2-5. The Chubb train has not been rolling with less than 400 yards. Allen has not been as sharp as expected. Aside from being the only team to give the Raiders a game, this season has been a struggle. The Chiefs are also 2-5 and like the Broncos are in the midst of a 3 game losing streak. Paul has Kansas City on the right path. They are sneaky good on offense. If Tua doesn't get hurt, this could be a shoot out. If the Chubb train and/or Allen train get going, this could get ugly. All aboard the Chubb train! Denver 34, KC 17. |

Another "Main" Event |
The Rams (5-2) knocked off the Chargers to become tied for first place in the NFC West. Rams are on a 4 game winning streak and appear to be hitting their stride in Tom Terrific's swan song. Brady's QB rating for the season is over 100. Los Angeles has lots of weapons with Kamara/Kelce/Adams. Philadelphia (2-5) find itself in unfamiliar territory sitting 4th in the AFC East. Seeing that Rick is in the process of getting a new PC, they have been using a lot of sub coaches, a verifiable who's who of good PAFL coaches including Joe, Kenny, and myself. Unfortunately these aformentioned coaches have posted zip wins for the Eagles. As Kenny mentioned last week, "I should have looked closer at their roster". Rodgers has not been playing well. Only Miami has scored less than Philly. Hopefully Rick can have his PC operational and show these have-been sub coaches how to make the Eagles soar. LA 31, Phi 13. |

Killer B's Battle |
Chicago (5-2) coming off a victory over the Eagles have a 4 game winning streak. Their Defense has allowed only 10 points per game the last 3 contests. Browns (5-2) snuck past the Saints when their kicker Mr. Dicker got hurt. Stanley none to happy when my warning about Stafford getting hurt came true. Cleveland now will turn the reigns over to either Mr. Flacco or Mr. Ehlinger. The Browns offensive line is banged up a bit. Aaron Donald is doubtful. Still Cleveland boasts a powerful defense that can dominate games. Chicago 16, Cleveland 14. |
