AFC East - Playoff Outlook |
AFC East features 3 teams with a winning record making this Division one of the toughest in the PSAFL. Below is how I rank individual team's playoff chances. |
Likely Divisional Champ |
Indianapolis (8-1) has a 2 game lead in the Division. Their only blemish was against Miami. Colts have 3 tougher games left against Cincinnati (8-1), Buffalo (6-3), and Seattle (6-3). Indianapolis will be prohibitive favorites against Jacksonville (1-8) two games and New England (2-6). They control their own destiny. Colts floor is 11 wins. |

Defending Champs |
Buffalo (6-3) is trying to keep pace with Indianapolis. Bills have tougher games left against the Chiefs (7-2), Bucanneers (6-3), and a huge rematch against the Colts (8-1). Buffalo will be 10+ point favorites against Los Vegas (3-6), Baltimore (1-8), Chicago (2-6), and New England (2-6). Bills have a floor of 10 wins. If they run the table can they catch the Colts? |

Is having a dedicated owner over-rated? |
Miami (5-4) has navigated the entire season without a coach. Kudos to all members who have stepped up and subbed for them. The Dolphins playoff fate will determined on how they run the gauntet vs Los Angeles Chargers (5-3), Cleveland (7-2), Tampa Bay (6-3), and Cincinnati (8-1) in a brutal 4 game stretch. They end the year against the Bills (6-3). Easier games feature match-ups with the Saints (1-8) and Patriots (2-6). Miami has a floor of 7 wins. |
